Design and operate mission-level simulation scenarios to support research into numerous Air Force programs, including airborne networking concepts. Design and implement symbology and portrayal methodologies in support of international digital mapping standards. Leverage 3D modeling and rendering technology to illustrate concepts in international portrayal standards.
2002 - 2004
Owner, Spinland Studios. Duties included creating graphic layouts for printed advertising media, corporate logo design, creating graphic art for printed boardgame materials, constructing and animating 3D models for real-time gaming applications.
1978 - 2002
Active duty, United States Air Force (retired honorably with over 23 years' service). Duties included foreign language translation for special intelligence applications, airborne combat crew on electronic warfare aircraft, operations research in wide- and local-area network optimization, and directed research in advanced visualization and simulation methods.
